Happy 2017!

Hello Stampers! Happy New Year!  It's a new beginning! Time for a fresh start and new adventures. I definitely plan on creating more this year and I'm excited to share it with you all.  So this 1st day of January, we have a fun blog hop for you. My fellow Di's Country INKers and I hope you like our creations featuring items from the new Occasions and Sale-A-Bration catalogs.

So if you are just stopping by, you just came from Barb's blog. She always have something beautiful to share with us. I played along with the sketch from Freshly Made Sketches. My goal for 2017 is to play along with more blog sketches and I love their creations.

I used the Sealed with Love Bundle. The stamp set and the matching frame lit dies are so cute!  Can't wait to make all my Valentine's Day cards and projects with this bundle. I also used the new Sending Love Designer Series Paper Stack.

Up next is Ellie! Can't wait to see what she has in store for us.

Thanks for stopping by!  Hope the first day of 2017 is a great one for you!

Fab Cookie Cutter

Happy Tuesday Stampers!  Happy Tuesday! It's Election Day in the U.S.A. and honestly, I can't wait for this election to be over! I'm being more intentional with my creating and using retired product, all while buying new stuff. So far so I'm good and playing along with sketch challenges is helping me. The awesome sketch from Fab Friday inspired me to create. Love the creations from the Design Team, such inspiration. Check them out, or better yet, play along!

The sketch inspired me to combined some new items with some retired items, best of both worlds, right! The cute scarecrow is from the stamp set Cookie Cutter Halloween from the 2016 Holiday Catalog. One of my favorite stamp sets, love it!  Did you notice the stitched square, it's  NEW! It's from the Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies, which will debut in June 2017!  The DSP is retired as is the ribbon. Perfect combo for a fall card.

Thanks for stopping by today!  Hope you have an awesome day!

November Blog Hop!

Happy November 1st Friends! Hope you had a fun Halloween! Can't believe it is now November 1st. The year is quickly winding down and before you know it, it will be 2017!  Wow!  If you are just arriving, you just saw Barb's beautiful creation. Isn't it beautiful?

Here is my creation for our blog hop this month. I saw the sketch on Just Add Ink and was inspired to use it for my card. Lots of great inspiration on their blog, check them out.

I used the stamp set "Acorny Thank You", which I thought was perfect for our fall theme. I used the new Copper Foil Sheets and the Pumpkin Pie Glimmer Paper from the 2016 Holiday Catalog as well as the Seasonal Decorative Masks.

Up next is Mary. Can't wait to see her beautiful creation this month.

Thanks for joining us once again this month. Hope you have an awesome week.

October Blog Hop

Hello Stampers and Friends!  Welcome to another fun blog hop with my fellow demonstrators from Di's Country INKers!  We have a fun theme for you today!  HALLOWEEN!  Since it is officially October 1st, we thought it would be fun to showcase a variety of projects celebrating Halloween. I like Halloween and every year I say I'm going to be better about creating cards and actually sending them out!  I'm off to a good start this year!  If  you are just arriving, you had a chance to check out Barb's Blog and her beautiful creation!  She also created our beautiful blog hop buttons, perfect for our theme this month!

For my card, I used the Jar of Haunts stamp set! It is definitely one my favorite stamp sets from the 2016 Holiday Catalog. The Designer Series Paper is called Halloween Night Specialty DSP. I'm so happy this stamp set coordinates with the Everyday Jars Framelit Dies! I love mason jars. Plus this stamp set is so cute!

Up next is Mary!  Can't wait to see what awesome creation she has in store for us!

After seeing the sketch challenge over at Create with Connie and Mary I was inspired to spend my evening creating! Love that I'm getting a head start on my Halloween and Christmas cards. I love this sketch, simple and easy to follow.  Will definitely be using it on other cards.  Make sure you check out the blog for more inspiration with this sketch. I had fun playing along with them. Thanks again for the inspiration.

Throwback Thursday, with a jar.

Happy Thursday Stampers! Hope your week is going well.  So I'm been slowly working on reorganizing my craft room, which seems like a never-ending story.  I start, I stall, and then keep working. It's a work in progress for me. I realized how much retired Designer Series Paper, accessories and other items I have. I keep telling myself that I'm going to use it all but one look through the new catalogs and I want NEW stuff. Well, when I came across the sketch challenge over at Fab Friday I was inspired to use retired products with the new stamp set Jar of Haunts. Make sure you check out the samples from the Fab Friday Designers, beautiful cards.

I used the new stamp set Jar of Haunts from the 2016 Holiday catalog. I love this stamp set! The Designer Series Paper I used on my card includes Howlstooth & Scaringbone, Typeset Speciality and Color Me Irresistible Speciality. The sentiment is from the stamp set Googly Ghouls.  This card came together very quickly for me, which is a good thing because I do plan on sending cards for Halloween.

Thanks for stopping by today!  Hope you have an awesome Thursday!
