Spanish Saturday!

Hello Stampers! Happy Saturday! So glad the weekend is finally here! I'm back today to share another new creation. I combined two blog challenges into one card today. The great color challenge from Around the World Stampin' Up! Challenges and the beautiful sketch from The Deconstructed Sketch. Glad to be creating with these two blog challenges today!

Here is the final result:

I really like the way this card came out. I think it has a whimsical feel to it. I called my blog post title Spanish Saturday because I love that Stampin' Up! continues to offer stamp sets in Spanish.  As a bilingual person, who also enjoys paper crafting and stamping, finding stamp sets in Spanish is not easy! So thank you, gracias Stampin' Up! for providing a great selection! I'll be inking up this set and many other Spanish sets more often!

Thanks for stopping by today! Until next time!

Make-n-Take Friday!

Happy Friday Stampers! TGIF!!! It's been super hot here in Phoenix!! We're breaking heat records if you can believe it! I hate to be a prisoner to the heat and not do anything outside, but it has been a hot week, and it's better to stay indoors and create! Plus, I've posted a five days in a row! Yay for small steps! Let's hope I can keep it going!

A couple of weeks ago my friend Gwen R. hosted a Stampin' Up! workshop in her new home and I had so much fun! It was a small gathering of friends and family and it was nice to catch up with Elizabeth (Gwen's sister-in-law),  Gloria and Lucy! Such great women and fellow crafters!

So you can't have a workshop without a nice Make-n-Take card, right? I mentioned to them that the new Inspire.Create.Share Catalog is full of amazing card samples and projects! Easy to CASE (Copy And Share Everything). My card was inspired by the card on page 115, top left of the catalog. While we didn't make it exactly like the card in the catalog, it was a great starting point! With so many samples in the catalog, you can change it up so you can use the supplies you do have! Have you CASED any samples from the new catalog?

The item that was very popular and everyone ordered was the Polka Dot Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. I love it too! Love this stamp set too!

Well friends, hope you have a fabulous Friday! I do hope to be back here tomorrow with a new creation to share with you! Thanks for stopping by today! Until next time!
