May Blog Hop!

Hello Stampers!  Welcome back to another fabulous blog hop with Di's Country INKers!  The theme this month is Springtime and Mother's Day!

Thanks for visiting my blog today! Isn't Barb's creation beautiful! Barb once again designed our blog hop buttons, isn't it cute?  Great job Barb!

I chose to create a Mother's Day card. I used our Label Card Thinlits Die, which will be in the new Annual Catalog! Yay!  This is a fun tool to have and use to create fun folds on your cards! So this is the front of my card...why not place an important sentiment on the front of your card!

This is the inside of my card...I did create an extender for my card so that I would have an area to write a personal message on the right side of my card. Both the Eastern Elegance DSP and the scallop trim border punch are being retired, going to miss creating with both items!

Up next is the talented Crystal! She blows me away with her creativity! WOW!

If you get lost, don't worry...below are the blog addresses of everyone participating.

Wildflower Meadow

Happy Nacho Tuesday Stampers!  If you had the day off yesterday, hope you had a fun day! Welcome back to another fun Nacho Average Challenge!  Today we have a sketch for you to play along with us. Thanks to all of you who have been playing along with us, we love to see your creations.

I flipped the sketch and I inked up the Wildflower Meadow background stamp and embossed it with white embossing powder onto our watercolor paper.  I watercolored the background with Crushed Curry. I think I need to practice my watercoloring strokes. Either that or anything to purchase more supplies. :)

Thanks for stopping by, until next time.

Tag It, Celebrate!

Happy Sunday Stampers!  Hope your day is going well.  We got lots of rain today, which is a nice change of weather!

We have a fun new sketch for you at Sunday Stamps starting today.  Thank to all of you who play with us, we love seeing your creations. My fellow designers have once again created beautiful creations. Hope you will play along with us.

This color combo put me in a festive mood! I chose Bermuda Bay, Melon Mambo and Crushed Curry. I hope Daffodil Delight doesn't get mad, but I'm crushing on Crushed Curry right now, lol! I used the coordinating markers to ink up the Tag It stamp set. I used the large scallop edgeless with the Essentials Paper-Piercing Pack to create my border in Crushed Curry. So would say this little creature is a lizard or a gecko? I don't know, but he or she is super cute! I couldn't resist using one of the googly eyes from  previous catalogs. I also couldn't resist using a strip of DSP from the Eastern Elegance DSP.

Well, that's all for now my friends!  Thanks for stopping by today.  Hope you have a wonderful week.

Thanks So much!

Hello Stampers.  Happy Wednesday!  Hope your week is going great!

I have another fall theme card to share with you today.  I followed the color challenge from Create with Connie and Mary.  I LOVE this combo and will be using it more.  The richness of all three colors are prefect for fall!  Make sure you stop by their blog to check out all the inspiration from this color combo here.

I inked up the new Magnificent Maple stamp from Holiday Catalog. Sometimes I wish we truly had seasons here in Phoenix instead of summer, good thing I can escape with my paper crafts. I truly love the Woodgrain Embossing Folder, I think it is a must for any fall project. Yes, I did use my Eastern Elegance DSP again; Crushed Curry is popular! I also used a piece of Tangerine Tango from the Brights DSP Stack.

I love how our new Designer Buttons (the large ones) fit prefect inside the A Fitting Occasion circular text stamps. I didn't know that so it was a lovely surprise. Another reason for me to use this stamp set more!

Thanks for stopping by today.  Until next time.

Thanks much.

Hello Stampers! Hope your Labor Day weekend is going well.  If you are off work today, hope you are enjoying it.  I'm back today with another creation for the Freshly Made Sketches blog.  It's a sketch with banners!  So much inspiration from this one sketch.  Make sure to check out their blog here.

I was inspired to ink up my Papillion Potpourri stamp set for this sketch.  I chose a color combo from our Color Coach; Pumpkin Pie, Crushed Curry and Coastal Cabana. The DSP is Eastern Elegance.

Thanks for stopping by today.  Until next time.
